Hey everyone, I've been around here for a few years and have managed to run a couple of solid cycles thanks to the info on this sub. I always stay on top of my bloodwork and make sure to donate blood a few times a year to keep things in check. It's been over a year since my last actual blast; lately, I've just been cruising on 150-200mg of test cyp, though I did throw in some masteron for a few months a while back. I'm looking to start something new pretty soon and I'm about to put an order in.
For stats, I'm 6'1" and 235lbs with a good amount of muscle. My diet is on point- I hit about 220g of protein daily from mostly whole foods, and I keep my carbs clean with stuff like sweet potatoes and steamed rice every day. I'm also running 2mg of reta per week right now because the goal is to settle around 220-230lbs but keep it relatively lean.
I actually bumped my test up to 300mg about two weeks ago and I feel great- no acne, sleeping like a baby, and plenty of energy. Now I'm thinking about adding either EQ, Tren, or maybe even a mix of both. If I go with both, I was planning on something like 100-200mg of EQ and maybe 75-100mg of Tren. I've used those dosages in the past and had killer results. Just wanted to see if anyone had some input or advice on which route you think would be better for this run? Thanks!
honestly sounds like you’ve got your basics super dialed in- bloodwork, diet, cruising, all of it
EQ is awesome for joint support and steady gains, Tren hits harder but can mess with sleep and mood
mixing both is fun but def adds complexity- side effects can sneak up fast if you’re not careful
75-100mg Tren is reasonable, but just make sure you’re really monitoring blood pressure and sleep
your stats + diet + experience probably mean either route would give solid results, just depends on how aggressive you want to get
personally I’d pick one or the other this cycle and see how your body responds before stacking them
