Back when I was in college, I had a nightmare of a time just trying to keep my weight up, even though I was basically eating everything in sight. My "secret weapon" ended up being a 32 oz protein shake where I’d actually melt an entire stick of butter and mix it right in, then chug it between dinner and hitting the sack.
I realized pretty quickly that I could get way more calories down if they were liquid rather than trying to force down more solid meals. Adding that shake put me at an extra 3,000 calories a day, which was finally enough to keep me from losing weight. It sounds absolutely insane when I say it out loud, but it worked for me.

that is the most chaotic bulking story ive heard in a minute haha. 3k calories in just one shake? id be stuck on the toilet for three days straight if i tried that now. mad respect for the dedication to the bulk though college era is different.
