so for a bit of context im 28 years old 175cm and weigh 95kg i'd guess im around 17-20% bodyfat but its honestly kind of hard to tell because i have some loose skin around my midsection from before and ive been training for about 3-4 years now.
i already did one 20 week cycle of test e a while back and the results were alright but nothing crazy tbh i know they wouldve been way better if i actually stayed on top of my diet and training properly but im much more consistent now so i started my second cycle. right now im running 500mg test e a week with 20mg tren a every day and 30mg anavar split up throughout the day- also doing 750mg hcg weekly and using retatrutide to help with the appetite stuff.
im actually pretty lean everywhere else but i just cant seem to lose the belly fat and love handles which is annoying lol. i've been eating about 1800 calories lately but honestly its getting hard to even hit that with the reta killing my hunger so much.
my main goal is to get down to like 9 or 10% bodyfat so i can finally have that lean look with the abs and a smaller waist to make my shoulders look broader.
any tips or advice on the stack or the diet would be huge thanks guys
ngl chasing 9-10% while already running that stack sounds rough- belly fat is always the last boss
1800 cals at your size is already pretty aggressive, no wonder it feels brutal
loose skin + lower belly fat can really mess with how lean you think you are too
abs come from time and consistency more than adding more stuff imo
belly fat is always the last boss man, especially with loose skin in the mix. sounds like you’re doing a lot right already so it might just be a patience thing even tho that sucks to hear
1800 cals at your size is pretty aggressive esp with tren + training hard. if energy starts dipping hard it can backfire on fat loss even if the scale looks good
honestly the stack is already pretty heavy, i wouldn’t expect some magic combo to suddenly nuke love handles. most of the time it’s just staying consistent long enough for that area to finally give up
loose skin can mess with how lean you think you are too. i had the same thing and thought i still had fat when it was partly just skin hanging around
