Just wanted to share a breakdown of my stats from this past week, July 26th through August 1st. My weight has been bouncing around a bit, anywhere from 222.6 to 229.8, but I’m averaging about 227 right now.
For training, I managed to hit 4 full-body sessions over the week and used the other days for recovery. My cardio intensity was all over the place - Sunday was the peak at 161, but the weekly average was closer to 80 with a mean heart rate of 104. I’m definitely staying active though, since I’m averaging nearly 18,000 steps a day.
Sleep has been the most inconsistent part of this. Some nights I only get 4 hours and others I'm out for 12, so it averages out to about 6 hours a night. MyAir scores have been hit or miss too, ranging from a 0 to a 93.
As for the health markers, my blood pressure is sitting around 121/53 with a pulse of 76. Fasting glucose has been between 51 and 84, and it stays pretty stable even after eating, usually between 58 and 83. I haven't been tracking my exact calories or macros yet, but this is where the baseline is at for now.
solid week! 4 full-body sessions + 18k steps daily is impressive tbh
sleep swings sound rough though, hope you can get it a bit more consistent
heart rate numbers look good, seems like your cardio is paying off even with the variation
fasting glucose staying stable is a huge plus, your baseline looks solid
curious to see how tracking calories/macros changes things once you start, should be interesting
bouncing weight is totally normal, especially with all the activity you’re doing
18k steps a day is no joke, that’s some serious daily movement
love that you’re tracking so many metrics, gives a really clear picture
your blood pressure looks great, low-normal diastolic is nice
4 full-body sessions a week is the sweet spot for most people, seems sustainable
sleep inconsistency is rough though, maybe try a set wind-down routine
peak heart rate of 161 on Sunday shows you’re pushing yourself when needed
your average heart rate of 104 is solid for daily life, nothing crazy
even without tracking calories yet, your consistency in steps/training is impressive
