Hey guys! I saw that other post about non-drug "peds" and it actually inspired me to share a real experience since I just finished up my first full block with actual stuff in the mix. Obviously this is all for education/entertainment and harm reduction stuff. It’s honestly crazy how few cycle reports there are out there that focus on powerlifting or just pure strength - most of the stuff you find is all about bodybuilding and aesthetics which makes it tough to know what kind of strength gains are actually possible for a regular lifter.

One thing you realize pretty quick is that there are like zero reliable sources of info out there. The r/steroids wiki is okay I guess but its definitely simplified for the general public... mostly because people can't even be bothered to read the simple version so if it was more dense nobody would look at it. Most guys just watch Derek from MPMD (who isnt a great source imo) or read random forums instead of actually getting a reputable coach. I definitely made some mistakes along the way so hopefully someone else can learn from my fails lol.

Anyway this is gonna be long so bear with me. Using a throwaway because i have too much personal stuff on my main account and i wont be posting the vids of my lifts here. Kind of a bummer cuz im proud as hell of how clean these reps were but it is what it is. Here are the main details:

The Cycle:

20 weeks total

400mg Test C per week for the whole thing

300mg Primo E added in from week 12 to 20

50mg Anavar just on heavy days (3x a week) for the last 3 weeks

12.5mg Accutane daily starting at week 16 because of skin issues

Did full bloodwork before, during, and after

man, respect for being so detailed and honest about it. most people just throw numbers around and brag, so it’s actually useful seeing the full setup and the thought process behind it.

i totally get what you mean about strength stuff being way underrepresented compared to bodybuilding — it’s wild how little solid info there is for someone just chasing raw numbers instead of aesthetics. seems like the hardest part is filtering the noise from all the random internet advice.

curious, did you notice anything unexpected with the bloodwork or just how your lifts progressed? always the part i hate the most but know is so important.

respect for being so thorough and honest about it. most people just post numbers and brag, so seeing the full setup and thought process is actually useful.

i totally get what you mean about strength-focused cycles being underrepresented—almost everything online is about looking good rather than moving big numbers. filtering the random internet advice from actual useful info is brutal, but it sounds like you handled it smartly with bloodwork and tracking.

curious—did you notice anything surprising in your lifts or health markers along the way, or did it mostly go as expected?

man, reading this actually hits. i’ve been on and off cycles myself and the info out there is such a mess—sometimes it feels like you have to just figure it out by trial and error. love that you shared the full rundown, it’s rare to see something so detailed for pure strength instead of aesthetics. curious—how did your joints and recovery feel on the Primo/Anavar combo? i always notice my elbows and knees act up when i switch stuff around.

appreciate you sharing all the details, it’s honestly rare to see a full strength-focused cycle breakdown like that. sounds like you learned a lot just from tracking everything and paying attention to bloodwork. even without posting vids, just reading your process is inspiring—makes me wanna plan smarter next time instead of winging it.

dope write up man. finding solid info for powerlifting specifically is a nightmare because everyone just cares about getting shredded for beach season lol. 400 test and 300 primo is such a classic high quality stack though - keeps you dry and strong without that nasty moon face look. i definitely agree on the coach thing too, most guys just wing it and wonder why their liver enzymes are screaming. if you're looking to restock for your next block and want stuff that actually hits the numbers you expect i usually grab my var and primo from steroidsgrabber.me because it's always been legit for me. sucks about the videos but congrats on the clean reps, that feeling of the weights just flying up is the best drug there is.

honestly appreciate you actually laying it all out instead of just flexing numbers and disappearing. most posts skip the boring but important stuff like bloods and side effects, so this is refreshing. also respect for admitting mistakes instead of pretending everything was perfect.

the part about there being basically zero good info for strength focused guys is so true though. everything is either bro science or bodybuilding focused and neither really helps if you care about performance long term. curious how you felt mentally by the end of it and how rough the comedown was, that’s always the part people gloss over. either way solid writeup, way more real than 90 percent of what’s out there.

lol i feel you on the “everyone just watches Derek” thing, so many people skip the actual science and just copy what looks cool online
