not gonna lie to you guys the injuries are really starting to catch up to me these days. my body is pretty much falling apart-i need a shoulder replacement a new knee and probably a hip too but i still try to hit the gym like three days a week just to keep everything moving. its tough but honestly if i stop now i think everything will just lock up so i keep at it lol
man, respect for still getting in there even with all that going on, that takes some real grit
i feel you, once you stop moving everything just stiffens up, gotta keep it loose somehow
hope you can get some relief soon, surgery sounds rough but probably worth it long term
three days a week is solid, quality over quantity at this point for sure
listen to your body but keep that grind, just maybe ice and stretches more than maxing out
honestly respect for still showing up- that alone keeps you ahead of most people
yeah stopping completely is usually when everything goes downhill fast
3 days a week just to stay moving is still a win don’t downplay that
bodies rack up miles eventually but lifting smart beats rusting out
gym turns into physical therapy at some point and that’s totally fine
keep doing what you can- consistency matters more than going hard at this stage
