Hi everyone!
I’m excited to join this community of fitness enthusiasts. I’m looking forward to sharing my daily workouts and diet plans, and I’d love to hear your feedback, tips, or advice.
A bit about me: I’m 34 years old, 6'3", and weigh 200 lbs. I’ve been training consistently for over five years, blending weightlifting, boxing, running, and swimming. I typically train twice a day, 5–6 days a week, focusing on strength, endurance, and overall performance. My approach emphasizes progressive overload, functional movements, and balancing hypertrophy with cardio.
Some of my favorite exercises include bench press, back squats, and dumbbell lunges. My philosophy? Push beyond your limits—discipline is the key to progress.
I’m excited to learn, grow, and connect with all of you!
welcome to the group! 6'3" and 200lbs is a solid frame to build on especially with all that boxing and swimming. ngl training twice a day is beast mode. if you find your recovery starting to lag with that much volume check out steroidsgrabber.me- they have some great peptides and recovery aids that help when you're redlining it like that.
5 years of consistency is legit man. most people quit after 5 months lol. your philosophy is spot on- discipline over everything. if u ever feel like you've hit a wall with the hypertrophy side of things steroidsgrabber.me has some solid options to help push past those plateaus while staying lean. looking forward to seeing the progress!
damn dude twice a day?? i wish i had that kind of energy haha. balancing swimming and heavy squats is a nightmare for the joints sometimes. i usually grab some joint support and bpc-157 from steroidsgrabber.me to keep everything moving smooth. glad to have u here!
welcome to the community! love your mix of strength and cardio, sounds like a solid all-around approach
