man i've been totally out of commission with flu symptoms for like a whole week so i just didnt feel like pinning at all. once i finally started feeling like a human again i decided to just pin a double dose to make up for the week i missed- i figured i might as well enjoy the extra gear lol. for reference i usually run 1ml of test e 250 and 1ml of tren 200 every week.

well the second night after doing the double pin the trensomnia hit me like a truck. of course i’m out of clonidine and melatonin tonight so im gonna have to go grab some tomorrow because i cant deal with staring at the ceiling all night.

i also just ordered a bunch of bulk magnesium from iherb because the tren cramps are getting ridiculous lately. its weird though because they dont really happen when im actually lifting or flexing or anything. it's more like when i bend down i'll get a sharp one in my hamstrings or even just trying to get up off the couch. lately i’ve even been getting them in my biceps when i go to extend my arm... idk if i should even call them full on cramps but their definitely annoying as hell. anyone else get that weirdness?

dude the "double pin" to make up for lost time is such a classic mistake lol. i did that once with tren and i didn't sleep for like three days straight. your blood levels must be spiking like crazy right now - no wonder the insomnia is hitting you so hard.

man the bicep cramps are the weirdest feeling ever. i get them just reaching for my seatbelt sometimes and my arm just locks up lol. the magnesium should help but make sure your getting enough taurine too - that usually kills the tren cramps faster than anything else for me.

honestly bro skipping a week when youre sick is fine... doing a double dose of tren when your body is already run down from the flu is just asking for a bad time. id just go back to your normal schedule and ride it out. hope u find some melatonin soon haha.

those "shadow cramps" are the worst. it’s like as soon as u relax a muscle it just decides to seize up for no reason. try drinking a ton more water than u think u need. tren dehydrates the hell out of u especially after being sick with the flu.

400mg of tren at once? yeah id be staring at the ceiling too lol. your heart rate is probably going a mile a minute. i find that taking a super cold shower before bed helps a bit with the night sweats and the restlessness. hang in there man.

iherb is the goat for bulk supplements. definitely grab some potassium while youre at it - magnesium is great but if your electrolytes are out of whack from being sick the potassium is what usually fixes those sharp hamstring cramps for me.

lol i feel that "getting off the couch" struggle. i once got a cramp in my lats just from sneezing on a heavy cycle. its annoying as hell but it usually means the gears working i guess? just dont double up again man- not worth the lack of sleep.
