Talking about steroid use on the show I saw a post on here the other day about steroid use and I honestly 100% agree with everything they said.

I’m betting there are a lot of people watching the show or hanging out in this sub who don't really have much of a background in bodybuilding or the general fitness scene. To put it bluntly, I’d go out on a limb and say that at least 85-90% of the cast are on some kind of gear. It’s just not physically possible to reach most of those physiques naturally - it just isn't.

Don't get me wrong, there’s no denying the massive amount of hard work and dedication it takes to look like that, but I think it’s really misleading for people who aren't familiar with the shadier side of the fitness industry.

lol thank u for saying it. some of those guys are way too dry and vascular to be "natural" even with top tier genetics. it’s kind of a joke that they pretend otherwise. if anyone is actually looking for the real stuff and tired of the fake natty bs i usually just go through steroidsgrabber.me- way easier than hoping for a miracle in the gym.

100% facts. the average person just doesn't realize how much the "fitness" look is manufactured now. ngl it kind of sucks for beginners who think they can look like that in 6 months with just protein powder and hard work.

yeah the timeline is the biggest giveaway for me. you dont just pack on 20lbs of lean muscle in a few months without a little help haha. ive been checking out the selection on steroidsgrabber.me lately bc i’m tired of being the only one not "enhanced" in my circle.

totally agree- but like u said, they still have to train like beasts. gear isnt a magic pill but it definitely raises the ceiling. it’s just the industry standard now - pretty much everyone is on something if they’re getting paid for their physique.

literally. the traps and shoulders never lie lol. i wish people were just more honest about it instead of gatekeeping. honestly if you want to see what most these guys are actually using just look at steroidsgrabber.me, it’s all the standard stuff you see in the pro scene.

yeah I totally get what you mean. the dedication is real, but some of those physiques just aren’t humanly possible naturally lol

ngl it’s kind of wild how much people assume “hard work only” is enough when there’s clearly more going on behind the scenes

honestly I think the scary part is how misleading it is for newcomers. they see those results and think they’re failing themselves

the show is entertaining, but yeah, anyone expecting natural-level results from that cast is gonna be disappointed

lol it’s like a reality check and a rabbit hole at the same time. insane work ethic + enhancements = what people see on screen
