I’ve been on 500 Test and 200 Deca for about 4 months now and the results have been solid-gained around 25 lbs of lean muscle. Basketball season is coming up and I really want to keep this physique. I see guys all the time who never actually come off and just cruise at 250-300mg of Test indefinitely.
During my last cycle, I ran 300mg of Test only and went from 175 up to 210 lbs lean. But once I hopped off, I dropped back down to 190 and hated it. My face thinned out, my neck got smaller, and I just didn't like the look.
Is it actually dangerous to just stay on and cruise at 250-300? Honestly, I don't even mind losing a little size if it means I can get more toned, I just don't want to lose the look entirely.
cruising is super common but yeah it’s still a tradeoff. a lot of dudes accept that risk just to keep the look year round
that post cycle deflate hits hard esp face and neck, i hated that part more than losing strength honestly
250-300 feels like a blast compared to actually being off so i get why people never wanna come down
dude the post-cycle crash is the worst for the mental. but 250-300 is a pretty high "cruise" - that's basically a mini cycle. most guys cruise on 100-150 to keep their health markers in check.
25lbs of lean muscle in 4 months is insane progress man. just be careful with the deca, that stuff stays in your system forever. if you cruise make sure you're getting bloods done regularly to check your lipids
honestly i havent "hopped off" in 3 years lol. blasting and cruising is way easier on the emotions than pct but you gotta accept that you might be on trt for life after a certain point. you cool with that?
basketball season is gonna be cardio heavy too so watch your blood pressure on 300mg. the "pump" in your calves while running down court can actually get pretty painful if your dose is too high
i feel you on the neck and face thinning out... losing that "enhanced" look sucks. but 250 test indefinitely is gonna catch up to your hematocrit eventually. keep an eye on that thick blood bro
you won't lose it all if you cruise at 250 but you'll definitely drop some of that deca fullness. deca holds a lot of water in the muscles which is why you look so big right now. just a heads up
175 to 210 on just 300 test? you must have some crazy genetics or your diet is 100% on point. if i were you id try cruising at 150 first and see if you can hold the size there. less is more for longevity
basketball season + 300mg test + whatever deca is left in your joints = great performance but maybe check your heart rate? high cruises and heavy cardio can be a lot for the ticker
its "dangerous" in the sense that your natural production might never come back if you stay on for years. but if you dont care about that then yeah blasting and cruising is how most of the big guys stay big.
keep the 300mg for the season and see how it goes. if you start getting back pumps or getting winded too fast you might wanna drop it down to a true trt dose. stay safe man!
