Welcome to the community. Whether you're new here or returning, this space exists for one purpose: informed, responsible discussion about performance enhancement and bodybuilding.
This forum is built on education and harm reduction. We are here to share experiences, ask questions, and help each other make safer, smarter decisions. That means prioritizing long-term health over short-term gains. It means understanding what you're doing before you do it. It means consistency, patience, and respect for the process.
What we are not: We do not promote reckless behavior. We do not facilitate illegal activity. We do not allow sourcing of any kind. We do not tolerate misinformation, ego-driven advice, or dangerous recommendations.
What we expect: Honest discussion. Critical thinking. Respect for differing perspectives. If you share information, back it up. If you don't know, say so. No one here is above learning.
Your health is not negotiable. This community will always lean toward caution, science, and sustainability. If that doesn't align with your goals, this may not be the right place for you.

great to be here. ngl it is actually refreshing to find a place that prioritizes health instead of just "blasting" everything in sight lol. i'm mostly here to learn as much as i can before i even think about making any big moves. i've seen too many guys mess themselves up by rushing in without a plan- definitely want to avoid that. looking forward to picking everyones brains and keeping things smart.
Would you like me to draft a different version, maybe one that includes a specific "intro" about your gym goals?
hey everyone, i’m new here! been lifting for a few years and curious about optimizing performance safely. mainly looking to learn from real experiences, avoid dumb mistakes, and get stronger while keeping my health in check. excited to be part of the community!
