ive got enough gear to do 300mg for a 16 week cycle but now im sitting here thinking if i should just go for 500mg right away. ive heard the gains are way better on 500 but like how much of a jump is it really? honestly im not trying to step on a stage or become a pro bodybuilder i just want to look good and have a better physique than i do now.
can i still get solid results staying at 300mg for 16 weeks or am I wasting my time... i feel like i spent months doing research but now that i actually have it im second guessing everything lol. also if i jump to 500 are the side effects way worse or is it mostly the same? just dont want to mess myself up if there's no real reason to go that high for my goals
second guessing is normal once it gets real lol happens to everyone
300 doesn’t sound like a waste at all if your goal is just looking better
more isn’t always better, especially if you’re not trying to compete
side effects creeping up is what would worry me more than gains
feels like the internet always pushes “go big or go home”
solid basics done consistently usually beat cranking stuff up
smart that you’re even thinking about long term instead of just size
honestly starting lower and seeing how you respond seems way less stressful
