Hey everyone, wanted to share some thoughts on EQ based on what people actually experience in cycles. This isn’t medical advice, just a friendly breakdown from the forum perspective.

Dosing Tips
Most users find 300 - 600 mg/week to be the sweet spot. At these doses, you get steady endurance, vascularity, and aesthetic improvements without major side effects. Some push 800 - 1200 mg/week for extra vascularity and stamina, but that often comes with red skin, anxiety, or thicker blood.

Some people like to front-load EQ to reach saturation faster, but many prefer a gradual approach. A slow build seems to keep mental side effects lower and helps manage red blood cell spikes. The key thing to remember is that EQ works slowly - this is a marathon compound, not a quick pump. Real results usually appear around 6 - 8 weeks.

Endurance and Cardio
One of the most consistent effects reported is better stamina. Users notice longer sets, faster recovery, and the ability to push through cardio sessions with less fatigue. For athletes or anyone wanting sustained energy, EQ really shines here.

Aesthetic & Muscle Effects
EQ enhances vascularity and gives muscles a fuller, more defined look. Many describe a “healthy glow” and redder skin tone. Lean muscle gains are slow but solid - nothing explosive, but very quality gains that look natural.

Joints and Tendons
A lot of users swear by EQ for joint support. When stacked with compounds like Deca or sometimes a touch of HGH, it can help with tendon recovery and reduce discomfort from things like tendinitis.

Mental & Hormonal Effects
Anxiety and mood swings are common side effects, especially at higher doses. EQ can also act as a mild aromatase inhibitor in some people, which may lower estrogen and cause low-E2 symptoms like libido loss, joint pain, and mood changes.

Blood & Other Considerations
High doses can thicken blood due to increased red blood cell counts. Many experienced users donate blood or keep a close eye on CBCs to manage this. Appetite effects are very individual - some eat like crazy, others barely notice a change. Rarely, muscle twitches or minor hairline changes can occur, but acne and oily skin are minimal compared to other steroids.

Stacking & Cycle Strategies
For bulking, EQ works well with testosterone, Deca, or Dbol. It enhances vascularity, endurance, and nutrient delivery rather than blasting you with size. For cutting, 300 - 500 mg/week stacked with Primo or Anavar can help maintain muscle while improving cardio performance. Most cycles run 12 - 20+ weeks, with noticeable effects around the 6–8 week mark. Weekly injections are usually sufficient, and higher concentration formulations reduce injection volume.

Key User Observations
EQ isn’t considered a primary mass-building compound. Its main value comes from supporting other steroids. Individual reactions vary a lot - some users notice no appetite change or anxiety at moderate doses, while others are more sensitive. Bloodwork is essential, especially for long cycles or doses above 800 mg/week. EQ also has a long detection time, so it’s not ideal for tested athletes.

Bottom Line & Advice
EQ is best used as a secondary compound for endurance, aesthetics, and lean muscle gains. For most users, 300 - 500 mg/week is effective and safe, while higher doses require careful monitoring of estrogen, mental health, and blood parameters. It stacks well with testosterone, Deca, or Primo depending on your goals, but isn’t spectacular as a standalone bulking agent.

I've been thinking about adding EQ to my cycle for the endurance boost, especially for cardio. Hearing that it gives a "healthy glow" and helps with joint support is a major plus . I'm not looking for crazy mass, just some solid gains and better performance. I'm thinking of running it with Test, maybe around 400mg a week for like, 14 weeks? I'll definitely keep an eye on bloodwork, especially since I've heard high doses can thicken your blood . Anyone have experience with anxiety on EQ? That's my main concern, so any tips would be awesome!

i ran EQ once with Test for about 12 weeks, mostly for endurance and joints too. the “glow” is real, skin looked better and pumps felt fuller, and i didn’t gain crazy mass like Test alone.

as for anxiety, yeah i noticed i got a bit more on edge than usual, especially if i was already stressed. keeping doses steady and making sure sleep and food were solid helped a lot. also, bloodwork is a must—hematocrit can creep up faster than you think

this is solid info, thanks for breaking it down. i ran EQ for the first time last year and honestly the endurance boost is wild—i could finish cardio sessions without feeling like i was dying halfway through. the mental side stuff hit me a bit at higher doses though, so definitely agree on keeping it moderate and watching bloodwork.
