hey guys i wanted to ask about the anti-estrogen side of drostanolone - aka masteron - basically i was thinking about throwing in like 100-125mg of mast prop every week just to see if it would help control my estrogen levels a bit so i dont have to use an AI like arimidex or a serm like tamoxifen have any of you guys ever tried doing something like that? i’m wondering if it actually works or if its just better to stick with an actual AI to be safe. my main cycle is 500mg of test prop a week and 250mg of npp and since their not dht derivatives they aromatize a ton so i know i gotta stay on top of it. anyway let me know what you think or if you got any other suggestions thanks

i’ve tried that idea before and for me mast helped a bit with feel and dryness but it never fully replaced an AI

from what i’ve seen mast isn’t really a true anti-e, more like it masks some sides, bloodwork is what really tells the story

low dose mast can make things feel more stable but once test and npp are pushing e2 up it usually isn’t enough on its own

i wouldn’t rely on it as your only control, especially if you’re prone to high estrogen, that’s how guys end up surprised

some dudes swear by it, others still need a tiny bit of AI, bodies react so differently it’s kinda trial and error

biggest thing is labs, you might feel fine but e2 could still be creeping up quietly

personally i like having a real AI on hand just in case, even if you try the mast route first for a bit
