hey guys i'm gonna try and get my doctor to finally put me on trt but honestly i dont really know how to play it. i already see an endocrinologist every 6 months to get my bloods done because i have pituitary hypoplasia which is why i have a growth hormone deficiency so im already on a gh script and everything
the problem is my testosterone and my other levels always come back looking fine but i really just want to be on trt because i honestly hate cycling off so much. i lose way too many gains inbetween cycles and its driving me crazy... is there a way i can make it look like my test is dropping without it being obvious that im using other stuff? just want to find a way to get my levels low enough for them to actually give me a script without it looking suspicious you know
man honestly thats a tough one since you're already seeing an endo regularly- they usually know all the tricks. if you're trying to crash your levels for a test the old school way is staying up all night and eating a massive meal right before the blood draw but that might only get you so far. since you already have the pituitary issue you might have an easier time convincing them but it's risky if they see your other markers are off too.
the struggle of losing gains between cycles is so real it’s literally the most depressing part of this whole hobby lol. i've heard of guys using sarms to suppress their natural production right before a blood test but i wouldn't recommend it if you're already on a gh script because your doctor might see something weird in the labs and start digging deeper. maybe just try being honest and say you feel like trash at your current levels?
honestly if your levels are coming back "fine" it’s gonna be a massive uphill battle with an endo. those guys are usually super conservative and only want to prescribe if you're basically at zero. have you thought about just going to a trt clinic instead? they’re way more lenient and usually dont care as much about the pituitary stuff as long as your numbers are in the gutter.
man stay safe with the pituitary hypoplasia stuff that’s no joke. i get the frustration with cycling off but you dont want to lose your gh script by trying to game the system for test. maybe try "overtraining" like crazy and cutting your sleep way down the week of the test - that usually tanks numbers pretty good for most people.
lol the struggle is real! i hate that "scrawny" feeling when the gear clears out of your system. if you really want that script you gotta make sure you aren't on anything at all for a few weeks or the doctor will see your shbg or lh is all wonky and know something is up. it’s a lot of work just to get a legal dose but i totally get why you want it.
if you're already seeing him every 6 months he probably has a baseline for you so a sudden drop might look super suspicious. i’d be careful trying to fake it. maybe just tell him you're having all the classic symptoms like zero libido and brain fog and see if he'll move the goalposts for you? some docs are cooler than others about "optimal" levels vs just "normal" levels.
man i wish i had a gh script lol you're living the dream there! for the test maybe try eating a bunch of sugary junk right before the lab - i've seen guys drop a couple hundred points just from the insulin spike. but honestly if you're doing cycles anyway why not just cruise on a low dose of your own gear and stop worrying about the doctor?
good luck bro - trying to outsmart an endocrinologist is like trying to outsmart a casino haha. they've seen it all. just make sure if you do crash your levels you dont accidentally tank your health markers too much or they might pull you off the gh thinking your pituitary is failing even more. keep us posted on what happens!
