yo im looking into trying fadogia soon since i heard its a pretty solid supplement but i’m honestly not sure what a good dose is or what i should even be stacking it with? i been doing some reading online and it sounds like running it solo isnt really that effective so i wanna make sure i do this right. if you guys have any experience with it let me know what worked for you and if theres anything else i should throw in there to get the most out of it thanks!
yo definitely stack it with tongkat ali! those two together are like the classic "natural" test stack. fadogia helps with the signal and tongkat helps with the free test. i felt a huge difference in my energy after like two weeks.
honestly fadogia is pretty solid but you HAVE to cycle it. dont just run it forever because it can be a bit harsh on the kidneys if you aren't careful. i usually do 3 weeks on and 1 week off just to be safe

300mg to 600mg is usually the sweet spot. i wouldn't go much higher than that because more isn't always better with this stuff. and yeah like the other guy said- definitely add tongkat 100:1 extract if you can find it.

hey man just check the quality of what ur buying. a lot of the cheap stuff is filler. if u want the most out of it try taking it with a fatty meal- seems to help it absorb better for me.
r u trying to bulk or just feel better? if ur bulking throw in some creatine too- fadogia is good for the "drive" but creatine is still king for the actual size. good luck!
