I'm curious about the effects of running nandrolone alongside dutasteride and whether it's actually a smart move or not. Right now, I'm already using RU for hair protection and Accutane to keep the acne under control.

The theory I'm looking at is that the dutasteride would stop the conversion into DHN, which should technically preserve the anabolicity of the nandrolone by preventing that breakdown. I'm wondering if anyone here has actually tried this combo before?

I'd appreciate any insight on how it worked out for you compared to running nandrolone without it. Thanks!

interesting idea, never seen much real talk about combining NPP with dutasteride specifically

theoretically it makes sense that blocking DHN could preserve some of the anabolic effect, but not sure how big that difference actually is

I’d be cautious though- adding more meds to manipulate pathways can get unpredictable fast

RU + Accutane already hits a lot of systems, so stacking dutasteride on top might need close monitoring

personally I haven’t tried it, but if you do, tracking bloodwork and side effects carefully seems like a must

sometimes the theory sounds awesome, but in practice the gains difference might be subtle

would love to hear from anyone who’s actually experimented with this combo before- could be a game changer or just overkill

man be careful with that combo. the whole reason people run deca/npp for hair is because DHN is way weaker on the scalp than DHT. if you block that conversion with dutasteride, you're basically leaving the raw nandrolone to wreck your hair follicles. it’s usually a recipe for losing way more hair than you would otherwise.

honestly i wouldnt do it. i tried something similar a couple years ago and my hair thinned out so fast it was scary. the theory sounds cool on paper for "anabolicity" but in reality you're just making the compound more androgenic in the places you dont want it. stick to the RU and maybe just run more test if you want more pop.

accutane + dutasteride + nandrolone is a lot for your body to process at once man. how are your joints feeling? usually people use nandrolone to help with joint pain but i feel like the accutane might just cancel that out lol. i'd definitely rethink the dutasteride part though - look up the "deca dick" stories involving fin/dut, it can get messy.

yeah dont do this lol. blocking 5-alpha reductase with nandrolone is like the one big "no-no" in the hair-safe bodybuilding world. nandrolone is actually hair safe because it converts to DHN. if you stop that from happening, it stays as nandrolone which is way harsher on your hairline. save your hair bro!

if your goal is just more gains i'd just bump the dose of something else. running dutas with deca is basically playing Russian roulette with your scalp and your libido. its one of those things that sounds smart in a lab but works out terrible in the gym. plus you're already on accutane- give your hair and skin a break!
