Hey guys, I'm planning on talking to my doctor about getting on TRT, but I’m honestly not sure how to approach it. I already see an endocrinologist every six months to monitor my hormones since I have pituitary hypoplasia. That condition caused a growth hormone deficiency, so I've already got a script for GH.

The problem is that my testosterone and other markers always come back totally normal. I'm looking for a way to make it look like my test levels are dropping without raising red flags that I'm using gear. To be honest, I'm just over the whole cycling thing - losing so much of my progress every time I'm off is getting really frustrating.

man i totally get being over the cycle life- the rollercoaster of losing gains is the absolute worst. but honestly trying to trick an endo when you already have a pituitary issue is super risky. those guys know exactly what to look for and if you tank your numbers too fast they might think your actual condition is getting worse and start ordering mris and stuff.

be careful bro if your levels are already "totally normal" it’s gonna be a huge red flag if they suddenly bottom out. endos aren't dumb and they see people try to game the system all the time. have you thought about just being honest and saying you feel like crap even with "normal" numbers? sometimes that works better than faking a crash.

honestly if you want trt just go to a dedicated clinic. your endo is always gonna try to keep you in the "natural" range which is usually lower than what we actually want. a clinic will see normal-ish numbers and still help you out if you have symptoms. plus it saves you the stress of trying to starve yourself or stay awake for 48 hours just to tank a blood test lol.

i feel the frustration with the losing progress part big time. it sucks feeling like a god for 12 weeks then watching it fade. but yeah faking a drop with a specialist who already monitors your pituitary is playing with fire man. if you mess up the timing and your lh/fsh don't match the test drop they'll know something is up immediately.

man just dont do it. if you have a real medical condition you dont want them messing with your gh script or getting suspicious. if you want to cruise just buy some extra test and do a self-administered trt/cruise. its way less headache than trying to outsmart a doctor who spent 10 years in school for this exact thing!
