im curious if we're just talking about keeping as much lean tissue as possible after a 20 week cycle whats the actual equivalent of running 200 test and 300 deca but if u only used test? would it be like 800mg of test only or something else
i know deca and npp have their own specific benefits and side effects compared to just blasting a ton of test so im not really asking about all that stuff. im strictly just wondering about the actual muscle u keep once the cycle is done and u have put in the 20 weeks of work

honestly i’ve wondered the same thing before lol, seems like deca really helps keep more lean tissue without having to jack the test dose insanely high
if you’re talking purely muscle retention after, i feel like test only would probs need a decent jump, but not exactly double? maybe like 600-700mg ish, but deca just does its thing differently
yeah man i think you can’t really just do math on it exactly, deca’s slower but really sticky for gains so your test-only dose would have to compensate for that somehow
i’ve run test only after a mixed cycle and definitely noticed you keep a bit less if you don’t have something like deca in there, even if you bump the test a lot
imo the muscle retention question is kinda why people mix in deca/npp, it’s not just the amount of test, it’s the “staying power” of the gains too
