so eq is legit my favorite compound ever. usually i just do 600 a week split into two shots and i run through 4 bottles before taking a breather. plan is to hop back on it in march
anyway ive got a bunch of test 400 right now and ive just been doing half a ml once a week and honestly im loving only having to pin one time. its so much easier
so heres what im wondering- has anyone actually tried running eq just once a week? i know the esters long as hell so in my head it seems like it would work out fine but i never really hear about people doing it that way so i wanted to see what you guys think...
thanks for any help!!
eq love is real lol that compound just hits different for some people
once a week pinning is honestly such a quality of life upgrade
i’ve heard the same thoughts about the long ester so you’re not crazy
feels like one of those things people don’t talk about much but probably works fine
interested to see what others say cuz fewer pins always sounds like a win to me
honestly, i’ve never tried EQ once a week but with how long the ester is, it might be enough for some mild gains—just don’t expect it to hit like your usual twice-a-week split
one shot a week sounds super convenient, i get that, but personally i’d be worried about keeping blood levels consistent—could get a bit spiky toward the end of the week
EQ is a beast, so even once a week might still give some growth, but i feel like twice weekly is where it really shines
i’ve done EQ at 300 mg twice a week before, and the pumps/recovery were way better than once a week—just my 2 cents
you could definitely experiment with once a week if pinning less is your priority, just track how you feel strength-wise and maybe labs if you can
love that you’re loving the single weekly test shot—that’s the dream for convenience, lol
might even be worth splitting the EQ 2/3 one week, then 1/3 next week just to see if it makes a noticeable difference
honestly tho, EQ’s super long ester might surprise you and still feel effective once weekly, just expect slower accumulation
your plan to hop back on in March sounds solid—maybe try the once-weekly experiment for a cycle and compare to your usual protocol
