500mg of EQ is absolute overkill for someone looking for just 5 or 6 pounds, mate. At 50, you really want to be careful with your blood getting as thick as molasses, which EQ is famous for. If you run 500/500, you’re going to end up looking like a red balloon and your blood pressure will be through the roof.

Honestly, for such a small gain, just stick to a TRT plus dose of Test. If you really want to add EQ, keep it low, maybe 200-300mg max. Skip the orals entirely—your liver doesn't need that stress at 50 just for a few pounds of vanity muscle. Dial in the diet, keep the cardio high to protect your heart, and let the Test do the heavy lifting. You'll look way harder and leaner without feeling like garbage.

Too right. 500mg of EQ at 50 is just asking for a cardiovascular nightmare. People underestimate how much that stuff jacks up your red blood cell count. You’ll be heading to the Red Cross every three weeks just to keep your blood thin enough to pump through your veins.

For 5 or 6 pounds of lean tissue, you don't need a massive cocktail of drugs. You could honestly hit that goal with a slightly aggressive TRT dose and a flawless diet. Adding EQ at that age usually brings more anxiety and high blood pressure than it does actual "quality" muscle. Plus, EQ takes forever to clear your system, so if you start feeling like trash on week 6, you're stuck with it for another month while it tapers off.

Keep it simple. Stick to the Test, maybe throw in some extra Primobolan if you absolutely must have a second injectable—it's way easier on the health markers—and save your organs the trouble. At 50, the goal is to look like a beast at the beach, not have a stroke in the squat rack. Listen to your body and prioritize the cardio; a hard heart is better than a hard look any day.

Man, people treat EQ like it's some mild "old school" drug, but it's a total trap once you're over 40. Running that much Boldenone at 50 is just begging for blood as thick as maple syrup. You'll spend half your cycle worrying about your hematocrit levels and wondering why your heart is pounding while you're just sitting on the couch. It’s a massive amount of stress on the pipes just for a tiny bit of extra fullness that you could honestly get from just eating an extra steak and pinning a little more Test.

At this stage of the game, it’s all about risk versus reward. EQ stays in your system for an eternity, so if it starts making your anxiety spike or your blood pressure go through the roof, you can't just "turn it off." You’re along for the ride for weeks. If you really want that extra edge, Primo is a much more civilized choice, it gives you that dry, premium look without making your blood look like sludge. Keep the cycles simple and the cardio high. Looking jacked doesn't mean much if you’re too winded to enjoy it. Focus on longevity so you can keep lifting well into your 60s instead of redlining your cardiovascular system for a few pounds of water and vanity muscle.

Exactly. At 50, you really don't want your blood turning into strawberry jam. People treat EQ like it's some mild additive, but that hematocrit creep is no joke and it'll sneak up on you fast. 500mg is just asking for a massive headache and a red face for no reason. If you’re only chasing 5 pounds, you could probably get there just by cleaning up your training and bumping the Test a tiny bit. Why deal with the anxiety and the thick blood for such a small goal? Save your health and keep it simple. Less is definitely more when you're trying to stay in the game long term without blowing out your heart.

Stacking those two can definitely give solid lean gains if done right, but it’s easy to get carried away. The key is keeping doses manageable, watching recovery, and tracking how your body reacts. Sometimes less is more, especially when aiming for quality muscle instead of just quick size.

exactly this. at 50, your body just can’t handle the same reckless doses younger guys do. even a little EQ can spike hematocrit and blood pressure fast. keeping it simple with just Test, dialing in diet, and adding some cardio is way smarter than chasing tiny gains with massive risk. trust me, the few pounds aren’t worth turning your veins into cement.

totally—500mg of EQ at our age is just asking for trouble, way easier to wreck your blood markers than your physique gains

yeah man, even 200-300mg is plenty if you just want a subtle boost, anything higher and it starts feeling like more risk than reward

TRT + good diet + cardio is honestly the smartest move—your joints, heart, and sleep will thank you

skipping orals is huge advice, I’ve seen guys trash their liver chasing a tiny pump, not worth it at 50

EQ is great, but it’s definitely a “less is more” compound once you hit our age bracket

for real—at 50+, the goal should be staying healthy while adding quality, not just chasing numbers on the scale, lower EQ and smart training wins every time

totally agree on keeping the orals out of it, liver stress isn’t worth it at that age

TRT plus a modest dose of Test seems way smarter than going all-in on EQ
