10mg a week is actually a bit high for a starter dose for most women. my wife started at 5mg and even that made her libido shoot through the roof lol. maybe have her start at 3-5mg and see how she feels? you can always go up but you don't want to jump the gun on the side effects.

yeah once that "growth" starts it is pretty much permanent so you gotta be careful. it usually doesn't happen overnight on a low dose like 10mg but everyone is different. if shes nervous just tell her to keep a close eye on things and if she feels extra sensitive or sees changes just back off the dose immediately.

honestly man 10mg is a solid dose but some women get a deep voice or clit growth on even less than that. if she wants to stay safe she should probably split that into two pins a week to keep her levels stable. and yeah... once it grows it stays- it might shrink a tiny bit after stopping but it won't go back to baseline.

my lady is on 7mg a week and it's been a total game changer for the bedroom stuff haha. she hasn't had any permanent "changes" down there yet but she definitely noticed more sensitivity pretty fast. i'd say start her at 5mg just to be safe so she doesn't freak out and quit the whole thing.

it really depends on the person but usually you dont see major permanent changes for a few months at that dose. but yeah- once the tissue grows it's there to stay. id definitely recommend she starts lower than 10mg just to test the waters. better safe than sorry especially with the voice and stuff too!
