so i've been diving into the whole female trt thing lately because honestly my sister and my wife are getting nowhere with there doctors while dealing with menopause. it’s like we’re running our own little private experiment here since the actual medical research for women is so lacking its ridiculous

i actually followed some advice i found on here about diluting down my pharma test c cream and she’s been using it every day. the dose works out to about 5mg a day and she just rubs it on her inner thighs or the back of her knees at night and makes sure to switch up the spots. she’s already noticing better sleep and her libido is way up- she even said she feels more "empowered" which is awesome to see

but we’re kind of stuck on the schedule part.. like should she be doing the cream every single day or maybe eod or only after her period? do women need to cycle this stuff on and off or is it better to just stay on it continuously?

any advice or info would be huge thanks!

thats awesome your wife is already feeling better- it's such a game changer when they finally get that energy back. for the cream usually you want to stay consistent and do it every day to keep her levels from bouncing around. since she's post-menopause or going through it there really isn't a "cycle" to worry about anymore so just staying on it is the standard move.

honestly man it's a joke how bad doctors are with women's hormones. good on you for stepping up! my wife does her cream every morning and has for over a year now. no need to cycle it off- if she feels good just keep the momentum going. just keep an eye on things like skin oiliness but otherwise daily is the way to go.

5mg a day is a solid dose for a cream since the absorption isn't 100% anyway. i'd definitely stick to every day instead of skipping days... you want to mimic what her body should be doing naturally. and yeah no need to stop for a "period" if things are already irregular or stopping- just keep it steady.

so glad to hear shes feeling "empowered" lol that's the best part! daily application is definitely better because test cyp has a long half-life but with cream you still want that daily habit to keep blood levels stable. as long as she's not getting any weird side effects like acne or hair growth where she doesn't want it you guys are golden.
