anyone else here have experience with steroids?? i'm talking about prednisone specifically. honestly i just cannot keep my sugars in range no matter what dose i’m on its like impossible.

im getting so frustrated with this whole thing its driving me crazy

edit: looks like i'm probably gonna be on steroids for life cuz of my autoimmune disease 💀

I was on it short term and even that messed with my numbers bad… can’t imagine long term, that’s rough

honestly props to you for dealing with it at all. steroids help one thing and then mess up like five others

the frustration is so real. feels like you’re doing everything right and your body’s just like “nah”

sorry you’re dealing with that for life, that’s heavy. hope you find a balance that at least makes it manageable 💛

that stuff jacks sugars no matter how clean you eat, it’s honestly one of the most frustrating meds out there

i feel you on the “impossible to control” part - some days it feels like your body just ignores logic

autoimmune life is already hard enough, adding prednisone to the mix is just insult to injury 💀

hang in there man, it’s exhausting mentally too not just physically - hope you find a balance that sucks a little less
