wanted to start a poll and see where everyone is at with there resting heart rate right now. pretty much everything we take ends up bumping the rhr up one way or another- usually its the aas or hgh but glp-1s and stimulants are huge for this too. it would be cool if you guys could comment and share how your heart rate changes when you're running different stuff. also if you've actually found a way to keep it under control while on cycle please let us know what worked for you.

most people probably have an apple watch or a whoop or something to track it but if you don't just give your best guess based on what you've seen lately

mine usually creeps up like 10-15 bpm on cycle, especially with tren or GH in the mix

glp-1s definitely jack my heart rate too, wasn’t expecting that at first

I’ve noticed caffeine + aas combo is a nightmare for RHR, gotta be careful with coffee

some days it’s fine, other days it spikes randomly- I try to just chill and hydrate more

apple watch makes it super easy to track, you start noticing patterns fast

sometimes just lowering stim intake and keeping sleep solid is the only thing that works

mine drops back to normal almost immediately off cycle, so at least it’s reversible

mine jumps like 10-15 bpm on tren or anything with GH, but test alone barely touches it. makes me paranoid checking the watch at night lol

GLP-1s killed my sleep heart rate for a bit, even though they helped appetite. weird tradeoff but worth noting

stimulants are the worst for RHR. coffee + preworkout + any cycle = no chill at all

honestly the only thing that’s helped me keep it lower is more consistent cardio and making sure i’m hydrated. sounds boring but it works

mine usually hovers around 60-65 resting, but when i drop GH and tren it’s back to 55ish. crazy how much those compounds affect it
