you guys have to try this stuff it is literally the best thing i have ever used for my skin. if you struggle with breakouts it clears up acne so fast you wont even believe it. basically you just take three of the little pills and let them dissolve under your tongue- do that at least twice a day or even three times if your skin is really acting up. i usually just stick to twice a day and its worked great for me. plus it is super cheap you can find a bottle of 80 online for like 5 or 6 bucks which is a steal. GICH
