hey everyone

honestly been struggling to actually stay asleep lately and even falling asleep is getting kinda annoying even tho i dont mind that part as much. im basically getting like 4-5 hours of trash sleep and then feeling pretty mid all day long.

some info: 6ft / 185lbs / about 12% bf

the stack right now: 300 test (was on 200 and slept fine then- still mostly fine since upping it) 2mg tesamorelin right before bed 3mg tirz once a week

adding soon: 70mg tren ace weekly

im kinda stressed about adding the tren cuz i know what it does to sleep and im already struggling ya know.

basically i cant stay asleep for the life of me. i go to bed at 9pm but im always wide awake between 2 and 4 am and its driving me nuts. i think it might be a cortisol spike in the morning but idk whats causing it? i even eat a tablespoon of honey before bed to make sure its not a blood sugar drop waking me up. also i gotta get up to pee like a million times even when i stop drinking water after 3pm its weird.

plus my apple watch says im getting almost zero deep sleep which sucks

heres what ive tried: magnesium glycinate (400mg up to 1.2g - didnt do much) 400mg l-theanine 5-htp gaba (2-3g) ashwaghanda (1200mg - this actually tanked my cortisol below the range lol)

i have trazodone and gabapentin here but i really dont want to get hooked on those just to get some rest. looking for any other tips or supplements or maybe even other drugs that arent as habit forming to fix this.

other stuff: gym 6x a week no anxiety at all i feel kickass honestly eating around maintenance or a tiny surplus 5-10k steps a day routine is solid i go to bed and wake up at the same time every day

ngl if sleep is already cooked I’d be real careful adding tren- that stuff is notorious for wrecking sleep even when everything else is dialed

waking up same window every night def sounds cortisol-ish, I had that exact 2-4am thing and it drove me insane

apple watch deep sleep is depressing but also not always super accurate so don’t let it mess with your head too much

peeing a ton at night is a red flag imo- hormones + water balance get weird fast

respect for trying all the basics first instead of immediately stacking more meds on top

honestly if 200 test felt fine and 300 already nudged sleep downhill, tren might just amplify everything you’re fighting right now

man that 2-4am wakeup is brutal, been there. honestly if sleep is already shaky id personally be real cautious adding tren - that stuff wrecked my sleep even when everything else was dialed. might be worth fixing the sleep first before stacking more stress on the system

the peeing a ton overnight jumps out to me. i had that when estrogen and bp were a little off. once i got labs and cleaned that up my sleep got way better. apple watch deep sleep is kinda meh but waking to pee nonstop will def kill it

tesamorelin before bed messed with my sleep more than i expected. some people love it but for me it felt like wired-tired vibes. might be worth changing timing or pulling it for a bit just to see what happens

cortisol spike at that hour is super common esp when training hard 6x a week. even if you feel great, your CNS might be cooked. i had to back off volume a bit and it actually helped my sleep more than any supplement did

respect for not wanting to lean on traz or gaba. once you start sleeping better without them it feels way more sustainable. also tren + bad sleep is a rough combo mentally even if you feel kickass now, just something to think about bro
