I've managed to drop about 16kg in just three months using Tirzepatide, but now I’m starting to notice some loose skin, particularly around my lower stomach. It's definitely a bit frustrating to see after all that progress.

Does anyone know if there's anything out there besides surgery that actually helps tighten things up? I’m open to pretty much any suggestions or tips you guys might have. I'd love to hear what worked for you!

16kg in three months is a massive win man, congrats! honestly that "deflated" feeling in the lower stomach is super common when the fat disappears faster than the skin can keep up. if you aren't ready for the surgeon's knife yet, you should definitely start hitting the heavy weights. building some muscle underneath can really help "fill out" that loose skin so it doesn't look as saggy. it’s not a 100% fix but it makes a huge difference in how the skin sits on your frame.

totally feel your frustration- it’s like you win the weight loss battle but then you're stuck with the "skin apron" lol. i’ve seen a lot of guys having good luck with rf microneedling (like morpheus8) for the stomach area. it basically tricks your body into pumping out a ton of new collagen to tighten things up from the inside. it’s definitely not cheap and takes a few sessions to see results but it’s way less scary than a tummy tuck!

don't sleep on the basics like hydration and collagen peptides either! i know everyone says it but keeping your skin actually hydrated from the inside out helps with that "crepey" look. also maybe look into those firming creams with retinol or caffeine- they won't work miracles but they definitely help the texture look a bit smoother while your body is still trying to catch up to your new size.

the loose skin struggle is real man but give it some time too. three months is super fast for 16kg so your skin is probably just in shock lol. sometimes it takes a good 6-12 months of being at a stable weight for the skin to naturally retract as much as it’s going to. just keep the protein high and keep lifting and you might be surprised at how much it tightens up on its own by next year.
