hey everyone i know the standard oral dose for 5-amino is usually like 100 to 150mg a day but im trying to figure out what the equivalent would be if i went the injectable route. honestly i'm not even sure which way is better to go but i'm leaning towards pinning it if the results are better. does anyone know the conversion rate for that or have a recommendation on what works best?? like is there a big difference in how well it absorbs or whatever thanks for the help!
