Hey everyone - I’m currently running 3iu of HGH daily, along with 525mg of Test C (split EOD) and 8mg of Reta once a week.

I’m looking for advice on how to maximize fat loss around the midsection specifically. I’ve been losing about 2 lbs a week pretty consistently, though I’ll have the occasional week where my weight just stalls or bounces around a bit. My diet is dialed in and on point. I also just made a big jump with the Test, moving it up to 525mg from my previous cruise of 160mg.

Does anyone have tips or suggestions on the best schedule to get the most out of this? Any input is appreciated!

midsection fat loss is mostly patience unfortunately lol - scale going down means its working even if mirror lags

jumping from 160 to 525 is huge so some of that stall is prob just hormone adjustment + water
