has anyone heard anything about these two new peptides they're trialing for anti-fibrotic stuff? i think ones an endostatin and the other is a c terminal or something like that but i cant find much on them.

wondering if anyone has any actual info on how they work or if theres any data out there yet because its hard to find good details on new stuff like this - if you know anything let me know thanks

legit curious too man, saw a few tiny papers on an endostatin-derived peptide (like E4) doing anti-fibrotic stuff in mice & human tissue models but super limited info overall

ive read a little about endostatin fragments targeting fibrosis pathways, sounds like they’re mostly in preclinical research atm, hard to find good breakdowns tho

don’t think there’s much published yet besides a couple small animal studies — kinda feels like folks are still figuring out mechanism & real efficacy before any big data drops

that whole C-terminal peptide thing seems tied to endostatin’s anti-fibrotic potential but most results are from lab models, not real world clinical stuff yet

honestly been poking around too and the only solid references i find are basic science papers or preclinical trials, no big human data so far afaik

yeah same here — sounds promising on paper but feels like info is scattered, few published studies and a lot of speculation in forums right now
