hey guys

wanted to get some actual real world feedback on how you’re dosing nad+ especially the injectable or subq stuff. seems like everyone in the enhanced community is using it lately for recovery or energy and the anti aging side of things too.

ive been looking around and honestly the info is all over the place:

i know vigorous steve mentions doing like 25mg subq every day to keep your levels steady for performance and longevity stuff but then i see other people claiming you need way higher doses- like 100 to 500mg plus- if you want to actually see fat loss. apparently at that dose it basically melts stubborn fat by revving up your metabolism and mitochondria or whatever.

so what are you guys actually running right now? are you doing the daily low dose thing like 20-50mg subq or are you hitting higher doses a few times a week maybe? or did you start with a loading phase first?

definitely curious if anyone has noticed a real difference in energy or how fast you recover from training. also has anyone actually seen their body comp change or fat drop off from it or even seen a difference in there bloodwork?

man vigorous steve is usually spot on but 25mg felt like nothing to me. i bumped it up to 100mg subq three times a week and that’s when the brain fog actually cleared up. just a heads up though—if you go too fast with the injection it can give you this weird tight feeling in your chest for a few minutes so definitely push the plunger slow lol

honestly the fat loss claims at high doses (like 500mg+) seem a bit overblown to me personally. i’ve been running 50mg daily for about two months and while my recovery is definitely better i haven't seen the scale move much without my diet being dialed in. it’s a great tool for energy but dont expect it to be a magic fat burner if your calories are off

i started with a loading phase of 100mg every day for a week and then dropped down to 50mg for maintenance. the energy boost during that first week was insane i felt like i didn’t even need coffee. just be careful where you pin it—nad+ can sting like a bitch if you hit the same spot too many times. definitely rotate your sites!

anyone else get a crazy headache if they dose too high? i tried 200mg once and felt like my brain was throbbing for an hour. i stick to 30mg daily now and it’s way smoother. i’ve noticed i can push way harder in my metcons without gassing out as fast but it took like 3 weeks to really "feel" the cumulative effect

yo i’ve been looking into the metabolic side too. some of the longevity guys swear by the high dose stuff for mito health but the cost gets crazy if your doing 500mg pins. im doing 100mg EOD right now and my bloodwork actually showed a slight drop in fasting glucose which was cool to see. recovery from heavy leg days is definitely faster too

id start low like 25-50mg and see how you handle the "flush" feeling. it's not like a niacin flush but it's like this weird internal pressure. once you get used to that you can ramp up. i don't think you need 500mg unless your trying to detox from something heavy or you have serious chronic fatigue issues tbh

i've been doing 50mg subq every morning for about 3 months. the biggest thing i noticed isnt the fat loss (unfortunately lol) but my sleep quality is way better. i wake up feeling actually rested for once. i skip the weekends though just to give the receptors a break but idk if that actually matters or not. good luck man!
