I'm currently running 8iu of HGH every day. I used to split it up with 4iu in the morning and 4iu before bed, but since I stopped doing my fasted cardio in the morning, I've just been pinning the full 8iu at night. Lately, I've noticed that I keep waking up in the middle of the night and I can't seem to get more than about 7.5 hours of sleep total.
The weird part is that I don't actually feel tired when I wake up, but I'm just wondering if this is a normal side effect. Usually, if I went to sleep without a night pin and only got 7 hours, I'd be absolutely exhausted the next morning. Has anyone else noticed their sleep duration dropping like this while on a higher dose?
dude 8iu at once is a massive dose lol. no wonder your body is waking up early. gh basically makes your sleep way more "efficient" so your brain feels like it’s done resting even if the clock says otherwise. as long as you feel energized i wouldn't sweat it too much.
i had the same thing happen on 5iu. i'd wake up after 6 hours feeling like i just drank a double espresso. it’s a weird feeling but honestly kinda nice to have those extra hours in the day. just keep an eye on your fasted glucose because 8iu at night can definitely mess with that-
man 8iu right before bed is a recipe for carpal tunnel and weird sleep patterns haha. the fact that you aren't tired is the gh doing its job. it puts you in such a deep rem state that u dont need as many hours. i’d kill for 7.5 hours of sleep honestly!
lucky you lol... i usually just get the "hgh lethargy" where i want to sleep for 12 hours straight. if you're feeling good and recovery is on point then your body is probably just getting what it needs. maybe try splitting it again if the middle of the night wakeups start getting annoying though
totally normal man. gh increases your deep sleep quality so you don't necessarily need the full 8 or 9 hours to feel human. just make sure u aren't waking up because of numb hands or something- that’s usually why i wake up when i push the dose that high
8iu is a beastly dose bro- u prepping for a show? but yeah- the "gh wake up" is a real thing. i usually wake up at 5am wide awake on anything over 4iu. it’s only a red flag if u start crashing hard in the afternoon. if ur good then dont overthink it!
i bet your blood sugar is spiking and then dropping which is waking you up. maybe try doing 4iu morning and 4iu post workout instead of all at night? might help u stay under a bit longer. but yeah- feeling refreshed after 7 hours is a win in my book.
