My knees are getting really stiff and feeling pretty weak the more I ramp up my dose. I'm currently running about 6iu every night and I’d honestly rather not drop it down if I can avoid it. Does anyone know of any supplements I could take to help out with these joint issues?
totally get it man, joints can suck when stuff gets ramped up - some people swear by fish oil + turmeric for inflammation
yeah same happened to me when i pushed higher, just started taking glucosamine/chondroitin and it seemed to help a bit
might be worth looking into collagen too, a friend of mine uses that and says his knees feel way better
if it keeps up tho maybe don’t sleep on checking with a doc or physio, don’t wanna wreck anything
i feel you, don’t wanna drop dose either - just a few easy supps + maybe some light stretching could make it more manageable for now
had the same knee stiffness when i pushed higher doses - adding magnesium before bed helped more than i expected
honestly warming up way more helped my joints more than any supplement lol knees hated me till i fixed that
omega 3s made a noticeable diff for me after a couple weeks - not instant but worth it
some guys swear by MSM too, cheap enough to try and see if it helps
