reta is honestly making me look so flat lately my pumps are basically non existent. its weird bc my carbs are exactly the same as they were before and im definitely giving them enough time to digest but i just cant get that full look anymore

im mostly looking for something thats gonna kill my appetite but also want the one with the best insulin sensitivity benefits - since that seems like a big deal for what im trying to do.

between tirz and sema which one do u guys think would be better? thanks for any input- im just tired of feeling flat all the time lol

i felt the same on reta man pumps just vanished even with the same carbs. it messes with fullness for sure

tirz gave me way better pumps compared to sema honestly. appetite control was strong but i didn’t look as flat in the gym

insulin sensitivity wise tirz felt cleaner if that makes sense. less crashes and better carb response

sometimes it’s not digestion it’s just glycogen not sticking around. glp stuff can do that weirdly

if you’re already tired of feeling flat i’d prob lean tirz first and see how you respond. worst case you switch again

man i feel u on the flat look... reta is notorious for that. honestly if appetite suppression and insulin sensitivity are the goals then tirzepatide is the clear winner over sema. it hits both glp-1 and gip so the nutrient partitioning is way better. sema just makes me feel like death and i lose way more muscle on it.

tirz for sure. i switched from sema a few months ago and the difference in how i look is night and day. sema made me look like a deflated balloon but with tirz i can actually keep some fullness even in a deficit. just make sure u keep your salt and water up bc these glps flush everything out of u.

honestly if ur looking flat it might just be the lack of water retention. reta and the others are basically diuretics lol. try adding a bit more salt to your pre-workout meal or some glycerol - it helps a ton with the pumps when u feel flat. but yeah between the two i'd go tirz every time.

sema is basically just for weight loss if u dont care about muscle. if u actually lift and want to look good go with tirz. it’s way better for insulin sensitivity which sounds like what u need. it’s a bit more expensive but worth it imo just to avoid the crazy nausea u get with sema.

lol welcome to the glp life. the "flatness" is just part of the game unfortunately. i found that tirz at a lower dose twice a week keeps my blood sugar more stable than one big shot. definitely helps with the pump issue a little bit compared to reta or sema.

man just go with tirz and dont look back. sema is old news at this point and the side effects are way harsher. if u want to stay full maybe bump your carbs up just a tiny bit on training days? sometimes 100g extra makes a world of difference when you're on these peptides.
