I’ve been seeing a ton of conflicting info lately with some people sticking to the 2-4iu range for HGH solo, while others are pushing way past 6iu on its own. I always thought that once you go over 4iu, you aren't really getting much more out of it unless you're stacking it with other stuff.
I’d love to get everyone’s take on this. Is running 10+ units of GH by itself actually legit, or is this just some new trend people are pushing on TikTok?
honestly i think a lot of the 10+ iu talk is social media hype - most normal humans don’t need that much solo
2-4iu already does a lot if sleep diet and training are locked in, people just expect magic
i’ve tried higher and the sides went up faster than the benefits lol hands numb af
feels like past a certain point it’s diminishing returns unless you’re stacking or competing
tiktok fitness advice is wild lately so i take most of that with a grain of salt
some dudes can tolerate high doses but that doesn’t mean it’s optimal or smart
i always thought GH shines long term not by just blasting more units
