Hey everyone, has anyone else noticed if OxyElite Pro causes achy or "dry" joints? Specifically in the shoulders?

I’ve been on it for about two weeks now, and just a few days ago, my right shoulder started feeling really weird. It feels like something is rubbing inside the socket, and whenever I lift my arms up, I'm hearing these crunchy noises. My other shoulder is making the noises too, but the right one actually has some minor pain and discomfort. It gets even worse when I try to lift weights - I couldn't even get through bicep curls comfortably.

To make sure I don't end up with a serious injury, I’m sticking to just cardio and leg days until this clears up. I read somewhere that a deep tissue massage might help, but I’m just itching to get back to my normal lifting routine.

I’m really trying to pin down what's causing that clicking and crunching. The only thing I’ve changed lately is adding the OxyElite Pro, and I know it's not dehydration because I'm drinking a ton of water. Any thoughts?

Man, that sounds rough. I haven’t used OxyElite Pro myself, but I’ve had similar shoulder stuff pop up when I started something new—sometimes it’s just the joints reacting.

Definitely smart to back off lifting for now. Shoulders are tricky and you don’t wanna risk a tear just to push through curls.

I’d maybe give it a few days off and see if it eases up. Could be related to the supplement, or just coincidence with a minor strain.

Deep tissue massage could help, yeah, but I’d also do some light mobility work. Sometimes shoulder joints just need movement, not heavy weight.

Honestly, if the pain keeps up, might be worth checking with a doc or physio. Better safe than dealing with a long-term injury.

Crunching noises aren’t always serious, but the discomfort is a red flag. Could be inflammation from the supplement, so maybe scale back and monitor it.

I’ve had that “something rubbing” feeling before too—took a week off lifting and focused on stretches, and it cleared up. Might be the same for you.
