Since things are getting crazy with our usual sources overseas and shops are starting to go dark, I figured we could use a distraction. Let's take a break from worrying about all that and just talk about training for a bit.
I'm curious—what’s the one movement or exercise you're really enjoying at the moment? It could be something you just added to your split or even a lift you’ve been grinding on to finally hit a new PR.
Personally, I’m loving the decline barbell press lately. For whatever reason, that specific angle seems to take my shoulders out of the equation almost entirely, which has been great. I only started doing them about a month ago, but I’ve been able to add more weight or extra reps every single session.
Drop yours below and let me know what’s working for you.
honestly i finally started doing Bulgarian split squats with a long stride and my glutes have never been more sore. i used to hate them but now that i'm seeing the leg growth i'm actually looking forward to them every week lol.
man decline is so underrated! people always say it's a "bro" lift but the mind-muscle connection is crazy. for me it's been seated cable rows lately - focusing on that deep stretch at the bottom has really changed my back width.
im all about the t-bar rows right now. something about just loading up the plates and pulling feels so much better than using a fancy machine. finally hit 4 plates for reps last week and felt like a king haha.
