man that sounds frustrating as hell. honestly opti is usually solid but his communication can be a total mess sometimes. if he’s asking for the order number again he probably just lost the email thread or is swamped. i’d give it another day or two before panicking—he’s not really known for exit scamming but his "admin" side definitely leaves a lot to be desired lol

dont trip too much yet. the same thing happened to me on my first order with him last year. total silence for like 8 days then suddenly a tracking number just appeared in my inbox out of nowhere. he’s basically a one-man show most of the time so he gets disorganized. as long as you used the right site link you should be fine

yeah thats definitely annoying but pretty standard for opti tbh. he’s notorious for being a bit "forgetful" with emails once the payment lands. just keep the proof of payment handy in case you have to nudge him again. usually once the package actually ships he’s pretty quick it’s just this middle part that sucks

did you check your spam folder? sometimes his replies or the automated "order updated" emails go straight there. but yeah the ghosting is classic... i wouldnt worry about a scam though if you got the link from a trusted source. he’s just way better at making gear than he is at customer service lol

oof i hate that feeling. hope it works out man! i’ve seen a few guys on the boards saying he’s been a bit slow lately so you're probably just caught in a backlog. maybe try reaching out on one of the secure messaging apps if he has his handle listed there? sometimes he responds way faster on those than email
