so like the title says im diabetic and really need to get my insulin sensitivity back on track. pretty sure the gh was totally messin me up because the tips of my toes have been feeling all sharp and painful lately and i feel like im literally always in the bathroom peeing like crazy now. i finally decided to drop the gh but now im just trying to find some stuff thatll actually help my body respond better to insulin again

as far as other stuff goes i have only been on a low dose of reta-like 2.5mg-since back in september but i dont think thats doing enough on its own. if anyone knows any good supplements or compounds that actually work for this let me know... really trying to get this under control before it gets any worse.

damn bro, sounds rough — good call dropping the GH if it was messing you up like that

insulin sensitivity is tricky, glad you’re looking for real ways to help your body instead of just pushing through

even low dose GLPs like your 2.5mg can help a bit, but yeah sometimes it’s not enough alone

diet, timing of meals, and consistent activity can make a big difference alongside any compounds

definitely get your bloodwork checked regularly, those symptoms don’t sound fun at all
