wait u have a 32 inch waist at 190? bro you are definitely not 25% body fat lol. i’m 180 with a 33 inch waist and im probably 18-20%. you're probably in a better spot than u realize. 2500 calories seems like a good starting point but if the weight doesnt drop in another week u might need to bump the steps even more or drop to 2300.
