I took my very first shot of Tirz this past Monday. I decided to start super low at 1.25mg just to play it safe since I tend to be a hyper-responder to stuff like GH, and honestly, that’s just how I roll. I always try to find the absolute minimum dose that get the job done before I even think about moving up. Surprisingly, I think I’m actually feeling it already. It could totally be placebo, but on the first day I had zero appetite. By the second day, I felt a little hunger, but it went away as soon as I ate something. Today is day three and I'm definitely hungrier, but it's nothing I can't handle.
I’m currently running a pretty aggressive deficit-somewhere around 900 to 1100 calories below my maintenance. I’ll see how I feel by day seven, but I’ll probably stick with 1.25mg for one more week. If the appetite suppression isn't where I want it, I'll bump it to 2mg. So far, I've had zero issues with nausea, GERD, or anything else.
For reference, I’m also running 500mg Metformin ER twice a day, 1mg of Anastrozole split throughout the week, 200mg TRT, 2iu of GH every other day, 500iu of HCG, and 5mg of Rosuvastatin at night. I've got a few other meds in the mix too for different conditions, but that's the main stuff.
Would you like me to rewrite any other posts for you?
starting low is smart honestly. i wish i did that instead of jumping in and feeling wrecked week one
sounds like it’s already doing something even at 1.25. placebo or not appetite going quiet is a win
day 3 hunger coming back is pretty normal from what i’ve seen. week 2 is where it really settled in for me
zero sides is huge especially with that stack. nausea scared me off at first but never hit either
900-1100 deficit is aggressive tho lol make sure energy doesn’t tank too hard
i’m the same way with minimum effective dose. no reason to rush up if it’s working
the fact that hunger goes away once you eat is a good sign imo
smart plan holding the dose another week. patience pays off with this stuff
