man tirz always seems to find a way to bite me in the ass i swear. the first time i moved up from 2.5mg to 5mg it was a total nightmare i had 24/7 diarrhea for like a full week straight... seriously didnt even sleep.

so anyway i lowered the dose and was fine for a bit but then i decided to try out reta. thing is i never really felt anything on it so i figured since im cutting right now id switch back to tirz because the reta just wasnt doing anything for my appetite.

bad move... i jumped straight back in at 5mg and ive basically lived in my bathroom since tuesday morning and now i actually have stuff i need to do today but im lowkey scared to even leave the house. been slamming imodium like @Ghoul suggested last time it happened - took it 4 times yesterday and already had one today too.

anybody got some tips on how to make this stop? i really dont want to miss my leg day but its looking sketchy right now... if anyone knows how to calm my stomach down let me know

jumping straight back to 5mg is brave or crazy, maybe both

cutting is hard enough without fighting your stomach too

honestly missing one leg day is better than risking a public disaster 😅
