I could really use some pointers here. I'll post a picture of my current physique - I'm guessing I'm sitting around 16-17%, maybe a bit higher. Right now, I'm at 150g of carbs daily, doing 30 minutes of cardio every day, and hitting the gym 6 times a week.
Here is what my current cycle looks like:
Test P: 175mg/week
Tren A: 210mg/week
Mast Prop: Just started this 2 days ago at 140mg/week (mostly to help with the Tren headspace)
Anavar: Started 30mg today
Things are actually moving along pretty well so far. I’m dropping about 2 pounds a week and I don't feel like I'm losing any muscle mass. I’m confident I can get down to 10% on my own, but I’m looking for the best strategy once I hit that wall. Next week I’m planning to drop my carbs to 100g.
Once I actually reach 10%, should I keep cutting carbs down to 50g or even go zero carb? Also, do I need to bump up the gear dosages to protect my muscle at that low of a body fat, or is what I'm taking enough to hold onto it?
Lastly, is it worth adding in stuff like Clen or L-carnitine to push through the final stretch, or is that just unnecessary overkill? For reference, I'm 5'7" and weighing in at 192 lbs.
honestly sounds like things are working already if you’re dropping 2lb a week and holding muscle. i wouldn’t rush changing everything just cuz you think you’ll stall
going zero carb usually just makes people miserable lol. sometimes just cycling carbs or tightening up meals does more than slashing them to nothing
that’s already a pretty serious stack, i don’t think more gear is the magic answer at 10%. recovery and sleep start mattering way more there
clen can help but it’s easy to overdo it and feel like trash. a lot of guys regret adding it just to rush the last few %
cutting to true 10% is mostly mental grind tbh. sounds like you’re on the right path already, just gotta stay patient and not panic tweak everything at once
honestly if you’re dropping 2 lbs a week and keeping muscle i wouldn’t rush to slash carbs more yet. stalls usually come later than you think
zero carb sounds cool on paper but it usually just makes people flat and miserable. cycling carbs or refeed days can help more
that’s already a heavy stack, i don’t think upping doses is the answer at 10 percent. recovery and sleep become the real battle
clen can help but it’s a slippery slope real quick. a lot of guys feel worse than the fat they’re trying to lose
