progressive overload can be reps, tempo, control too. weight is just one piece of it
mine was program hopping- every week I was doing some new “optimal” split instead of just sticking to one thing and progressing
honestly, the plank for 15 seconds had me laughing lol, i’d probs double that just to feel it 😅
