watch out for the "var pumps" at that dose lol. sometimes the back and shin pumps get so bad you can barely finish a workout or even walk on a treadmill for 10 minutes. i'd definitely have some Taurine on hand to help with that. as for bloods - yeah it’s gonna tank your natural T production too so make sure you have a PCT plan ready.
i ran 50mg a day (which is 350 a week) for 8 weeks once and my lipids were absolute trashed by the end of it. took like 3 months for my cholesterol to go back to normal. it's definitely worth it for a finishing touch before a vacation or a shoot but i wouldnt treat it like something you can just stay on year round. the strength gains are sick though!
if youre looking for drastic fat loss youre better off sticking to a steeper calorie deficit and just using the var to keep your strength up while you cut. it's great for "cosmetic" changes—like that grainy, hard look—but it’s not a substitute for cardio. most people dial it back after 6 weeks because the lethargy starts hitting pretty hard once your liver gets stressed.
