seriously man thanks for posting this. a lot of guys just post their wins but hearing the real life struggle is what actually helps people. your head is in such a better place now and that matters way more than the gear or the gym. whatever the judge says in feb just remember they cant take away the mental progress you made. stay on the path bro.

man this is heavy but so respect the honesty. takes a lot of guts to put all that out there especially the part about potentially going back in. keep your head up and just focus on the day in front of you - your doing the right work.

really glad to hear your in a better headspace now. eighteen months is a long time and the fact that you used it to get your mind right says a lot about your character. stay disciplined with the protocol and the training itll help keep you grounded.

the "no shortcuts" part is key. after everything you've been through just having that routine with the test and tirz must feel like a huge relief. keep grinding man.

honestly this is the most inspiring thing ive read on here in a minute. people always talk about "optimal" cycles but your talking about optimal life changes. keep that clarity and dont let the legal stress break you.

recovery is definitely not linear like u said. i had my own brush with some dark stuff a few years back and training was the only thing that kept me sane. stay on the path bro your doing great.

that tirzepatide is a lifesaver for keeping the diet on track when stress is high. smart move keeping it medical and supervised too. less variables to worry about while you navigate the court stuff.

stay strong brother. whatever the outcome in feb just remember that they can take your time but they cant take the progress you've made mentally. you got this.

thank you for sharing the "why" behind all this. i think a lot of guys in this community struggle with those same demons but are too afraid to say it. your post probably helped more people than you realize today.
