I’m starting this log mostly to document the journey and hopefully keep my sanity intact while I figure things out.

I’m currently three weeks in and the plan is to push for 20 weeks for the first time - though obviously, that depends on how my bloodwork looks. On my last run, my blood pressure spiked to around 140, so I had to pull the plug early. I took 12 weeks off and luckily my BP is back in the 110-122 over 75 range without any meds. Right now, I’m just using about 800mg of elemental magnesium.

The original plan was 500 Test and 200 Primo, but I’m pretty sure I already crashed my E2. My labs looked fine a week ago, but now I’m shedding hair like crazy and my libido is non-existent, so that’s a great start lol. Once I get the estrogen back in check, I’ll probably drop the Primo down to 100mg. There’s no male pattern baldness in my family, so I don't think I'm actually going bald, but the shedding is still annoying. I'll get more bloods in two weeks to see where I'm at.

The full stack is supposed to be 500 Test, 100 Primo, 200 Deca, and 4iu of UGL growth (I’ve been on the GH for two months already). I’m holding off on the Deca until the E2 issues are fixed. I also picked up some Lantus to experiment with insulin, but since I’m a bit paranoid about messing that up, I went with the long-acting version.

Current stats: 77kg and about 13% body fat. I’m eating roughly 2,500 calories a day, but I’m gaining weight surprisingly fast? Maybe my tracking is off. I have a light activity job, do 30 mins of low-intensity cardio three times a week, and hit about 8k steps a day.

Macros are roughly:

  • 150-200g Protein
  • 350g Carbs
  • 40-80g Fat (it varies)

man crashed e2 is the absolute worst. it makes everything feel like a chore and the shedding is just salt in the wound lol. dropping the primo to 100mg sounds like a smart move if your a low aromatizer - some guys just cant handle that 2:1 ratio. hope the bloods look better in a couple weeks.

2,500 calories seems a bit low for gaining weight "fast" at 77kg especially on 500 test and gh. are you sure your not just holding a ton of water from the e2 fluctuation or the growth? gh always makes me hold like 5lbs of pure water in the first few weeks.

honestly i'd be careful with that lantus if your already worried about messing up. long acting is safer in some ways but if you take too much your stuck with it for the whole day. maybe wait until the rest of the cycle is stabilized before adding another variable like insulin? just my two cents.

140 bp isnt the end of the world but glad you got it back down to the 110s. magnesium is great but make sure your watching the salt and drinking enough water too. 20 weeks is a long time so just keep an eye on those labs- health first always.

welcome to the log life man. it definitely helps keep you accountable when things start getting weird. definitely hold off on that deca until your dick starts working again haha - adding a 19-nor while your e2 is crashed is a recipe for a very depressing month. good luck with the progress!

man if youre gaining weight that fast on 2500 cals it has to be water weight from the gh and the hormonal shift. i wouldnt stress about the calorie counting too much yet just keep an eye on the mirror. the e2 crash is definitely why you feel like garbage though - i'd honestly just pin some straight test and drop the primo entirely for a week to get those levels back up fast. crashed estrogen is a nightmare.

dude the shedding is probably just the hormonal shock from the e2 dropping so fast so try not to panic about the baldness thing yet. once you stabilize it usually stops. 20 weeks is a massive marathon though man so i hope you have some liver support and stuff ready. also 100 primo with 500 test is a way safer bet for most guys if you want to keep your joints from clicking lol.

man crashing your E2 that early is the absolute worst feeling... that non-existent libido is a total mood killer lol. dropping the primo to 100mg sounds like a smart move if your sensitive to it. hopefully the hair shedding stops once you get balanced out again!

2500 calories seems a bit low for 500 test and 200 deca honestly but if your gaining weight fast then maybe your just a super responder? or yeah check those measurements again. at 77kg your definitely gonna blow up if you get the food dialed in right with that stack.

glad to see the blood pressure came back down on its own- 140 is definitely starting to get into the sketch zone so good call on pulling the plug last time. magnesium is a lifesaver for that. just keep an eye on it once the deca and lantus are in the mix because things can get watery fast.

curious to see how the lantus works out for you! i've been thinking about trying it too since its way less "scary" than the fast acting stuff. just keep some simple carbs on hand just in case man. 20 weeks is a long pull so definitely stay on top of those labs.

8k steps and 30 mins of cardio is a solid base. if your already 13% bf your in a great spot to really grow without getting too sloppy. definitely keep this log updated i want to see how you feel once you add that deca in! gl man.

man 20 weeks is a long time to stay on top of things so definitely don't rush into the deca yet if your already feeling off. the shedding is probably just from the hormone fluctuations - i get that too whenever i mess with my ratios. hopefully the bloods in two weeks give you some clarity!

honestly 2,500 calories sounds a bit low for 500 test and GH but if the scale is moving fast then i wouldnt change a thing lol. bodies are weird sometimes. just watch that BP because 140 is no joke and it can creep back up before you even realize it. keep the magnesium going for sure.
