I took about 2 months off after burnout and honestly came back feeling like a different person. Strength bounced back way faster than I expected

Sounds like your body is screaming for a reset tbh. 7 years straight is a long run without a real break

You won’t lose as much as you think - muscle memory is real. I looked smaller but it came back quick once I started again

Sometimes the mental break is even bigger than the physical one. Missing the gym again is a good sign

I tried to push through burnout once and just got hurt… wish I had taken time off sooner honestly
