honestly the biggest risk isnt even the test "going bad" but the oil turning rancid if it gets too hot. if it looks cloudy or changes color throw it out- but if it stays clear you're probably solid for years

dude 5 years is a long time lol. i’ve pinned stuff that was 2 years past the date and it was totally fine- didn't notice any difference in strength or bloods. just keep it in a shoebox in the closet and it'll be gtg

i found an old vial of deca in the back of my drawer that was like 4 years old... pinned it anyway haha. no infections or anything but i think it lost maybe 10% of its punch? hard to tell really

5 years might be pushing it if its UGL gear. pharma stuff lasts forever but underground labs sometimes use cheaper carrier oils that might break down faster. maybe just stock up for 2 years at a time?

i mean worst case it just gets slightly underdosed over time. the active hormone is pretty stable- its usually the solvents or the rubber stopper that give out first. if the stopper looks crumbly dont touch it

just make sure you dont put it in the fridge! i made that mistake once and it all crystallized. had to boil a pot of water to melt it back down... total pain in the ass. room temp and dark is the way to go

5 years worth of test... man ur gonna need a whole dedicated shelf for that lol. i wouldnt worry too much about the shelf life as long as you keep the seals intact. i've heard of guys pinning 10 year old gear with no issues

honestly the carrier oil is what you gotta watch. if it’s MCT oil it lasts a long time- if it’s something like grape seed oil it can definitely go rancid after a few years if you arent careful

i'd be more worried about the source being around in 5 years if something goes wrong with the batch lol. but yeah if u got the cash and a dark cool spot to hide it go for it- gear is like wine it just sits there
